Affiliate Terms

These terms govern participation in The Watch Vault affiliate program. By applying and using your affiliate code, you agree to them.

1. How it works

Approved affiliates receive a unique discount code. Customers who use your code get 10% off their order, and you earn 10% commission on that sale. Sales are attributed to you only when your code is applied at checkout.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older with a genuine audience. We review every application and may approve or decline at our discretion. One affiliate account and one code per person.

3. Commission

Commission is 10% of the product subtotal for each completed order placed with your code, calculated after the affiliate discount and excluding shipping, taxes, and any additional fees. Commission is earned only on orders that are paid, fulfilled, and not refunded, cancelled, or charged back.

4. Payments

Commissions are paid monthly for the previous month's approved sales, typically within 15 days after month-end (this window allows for returns). Payment is made via PayPal. A minimum balance of $50 is required to be paid out; balances below that roll over to the next month.

5. Returns, cancellations & fraud

No commission is paid on orders that are refunded, cancelled, undeliverable, or determined to be fraudulent. If commission was already paid on such an order, it may be deducted from a future payout.

6. Promotion rules

• You may not use your own code for your personal purchases or arrange self-referrals.
• You may not bid on The Watch Vault brand terms in paid search, or post your code to coupon/deal aggregator sites, without written permission.
• You must describe our products honestly as homage timepieces — never as authentic products of another brand, and never imply brand affiliation.
• No spam, misleading claims, or content that is illegal, hateful, or infringing.
• Codes may not be combined with other discounts and may not be resold.

7. Termination

Either party may end this arrangement at any time. Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions. Any legitimately earned, approved commissions will be paid out following termination.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or the commission structure with reasonable notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
